Kosher Pasture-Raised Lamb Kidneys

A package of four lamb kidneys from our locally raised, pasture-raised lambs.

Lamb kidneys are a traditional organ meat with a distinctive flavor and tender texture when properly prepared.

These kidneys have been treibered, vacuum-sealed, and frozen.

Package includes: Four lamb kidneys.

Suggested Cooking

After completing any required kosher preparation, trim and prepare the kidneys as appropriate. They can be sliced and sautéed with onions and herbs, or incorporated into a slow-cooked stew.

Cook thoroughly to 160°F.
