Kosher Pasture-Raised Lamb Hearts

Lamb hearts from our first small-batch offering of locally raised, pasture-raised kosher lamb.

Heart is a lean, flavorful muscle meat with a firm texture. It can be enjoyed sliced and sautéed, grilled, or slowly braised.

Our lamb hearts have been treibered soaked, salted, vacuum-sealed, and frozen.

Package includes: Two lamb hearts (confirm package count).

Suggested Cooking

After completing any required kosher preparation, trim away connective tissue and slice thinly. Marinate with garlic, herbs, and oil, then cook in a hot skillet, or braise gently until tender.
